1c. Early Bird, Non-Member – $529.00
Must be paid by January 31; increases to $579 on Feb 1.
4b. Single Day Rate - Friday only - Non-Member – $379.00
Friday class sessions and lunch included.
5b. Saturday Only - Non-Member – $429.00
Saturday class sessions, lunch and award banquet dinner included.
6b. Sunday Only - Non-Member – $199.00
Sunday class sessions included.
Banquet Only – $75.00
One banquet ticket. If you are an attendee paying for guests, you may purchase guest tickets with your registration.

Whether you have weeks or decades of teaching experience, the Association of Women Martial Arts Instructors welcomes female martial arts instructors, assistant instructors and aspiring instructors of all martial arts styles.

Conference Schedule At-A-Glance:

Thursday, April 9, 2026: Early arrivals welcome reception begins at 5:00pm.
Friday, April 10, 2026: Conference officially opens at 9:00am. Workshops scheduled throughout the day. Lunch is provided; dinner on your own.
Saturday, April 11, 2026: Workshops scheduled throughout the day. Lunch is provided. Demonstration in the afternoon and Hall of Fame banquet in the evening.
Sunday, April 12, 2026: Workshops scheduled throughout the morning. Conference officially closes at noon.

Make your reservation at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Canal Street today! A special group rate is available through March 9, 2026.

The hotel is in a premier downtown location overlooking the Mississippi River, and it is walking distance to major NOLA attractions.
Guest rooms are recently renovated, as are the lobby and meeting spaces.
